Somos una productora de bocados cárnicos 100% mexicana fundada en 1996, con más de 2 décadas de experiencia en el manejo de res, pollo, pavo y cerdo.

Beef
Our beef products are processed at our El Carmen plant in Nuevo León, México. We strictly adhere to the highest international quality standards, utilizing cutting-edge technology approved by the USDA. The beef we use is sourced from cattle raised and born in the US, and the processing takes place in México.
We classify the cuts based on:
- Marbling percentage
- Fat thickness
- Meat color
- Yield grade
Chicken
We process protein in our plant in Apodaca, Nuevo León. Providing integral solutions that help us to offer the best quality products, working under a flexible plant model that helps us to adapt to the needs of our customers.
In addition, we have state-of-the-art technology such as IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) that allows us to freeze at less than 95°F with a large freezing capacity, with more than 5000 square meters of space to store frozen product.
Turkey
In order to offer first class products, paying special attention to the quality and safety of everything, we process the protein in our plant in Apodaca, Nuevo León. Working under a flexible plant model, with the objective of providing our business partners with production processes that adapt to their needs, thus offering added value. Pork
Our Apodaca plant in Nuevo León is also responsible for processing pork products. We customize the processing steps to meet the specific requirements of each business partner. This includes thawing, deboning, weight selection or grinding, marination, and preparing the products for freezing and transportation.
